When are services available at Erie West Hospice?

Erie West Hospice care will be there when you enter the last stage of life. To be eligible for hospice services you must have a prognosis of six months or less to live, however many patients exceed six months.

Erie West Hospice serves our patients in many settings like your home or long term facilities like a nursing home or assisted living facility. Erie West’s support brings relief, reassurance and these specific services:
